Job Description Job SummaryThe Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operational support for high-volume copy, print, imaging, and mail systems while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient office support functions. This role includes daily copier fleet maintenance, production print, book assembly, and general office services. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting paper cartons and standing for extended periods. Key Responsibilities • Operate high-volume copy machines, duplicating equipment, and perform binding and finishing work., • Operate high-volume document imaging systems and related software., • Manage document image handling software, MS Office, and email systems for file transfers., • Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly; perform daily inspections, clear paper jams, and report issues., • Maintain records for management reports and supply inventories., • Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated locations., • Calculate charges for jobs performed and maintain billing logs., • Respond to and coordinate service calls required by customers., • Deliver completed jobs to customer locations within or outside the site., • Maintain daily meter and service logs., • Perform shipping and receiving duties for materials., • Support meeting room and conference room set-ups, building occupant moves, and light maintenance tasks., • Perform occasional cleaning duties and ensure copier areas are neat and stocked., • Operate bindery equipment, shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drills, joggers, tape machines, stackers, staplers, and scales., • Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving documents., • Provide receptionist duties as needed, requiring strong presentation and telephone skills., • May require periodic overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency response. Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED., • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent., • Copy/office support experience preferred., • Excellent customer service skills., • Strong PC skills and proficiency with office machines., • Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks., • Mathematical and filing skills., • Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions and data., • Ability to lift up to 50–55 lbs. and push/pull machines weighing up to 700 lbs., • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods., • Moderate dexterity and hand-eye coordination for equipment operation.
