Your primary role will be helping cultivate new relationships with local businesses, grow a book of business, and care for clients in their time of need. We will train you to call on small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer some of the industry's best supplemental insurance products and services to them and their employees. You will work with business owners, benefits managers, and their employees individually at times; other times, you will give product presentations with employee groups as large as 50-100+ people. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with accounting systems, financial statements, Microsoft excel and large datasets while building reports and identifying trends that drive operational and financial improvements. This role will work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide accurate financial information and meaningful business insights. Some of your day-to-day tasks? Accounting & Financial Operations • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records, • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, • Perform account reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet accounts, • Track, monitor and account for long-term construction type contract revenue recognition and reporting, • Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports, • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies, • Assist with external and internal audit requests, • Monitor and analyze costs, variances, and operational financial performance, • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting, • Support leadership and operational teams with data-driven financial insights, • Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools, • Improve reporting efficiency through automation, reporting tools, and data analytics, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field, • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, formulas), • Experience working with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar), • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, • 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related role, • Experience performing account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close, • Experience working with financial data analysis, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms, • CPA or CPA candidate, • Experience with ERPs and BI tools (such as Power BI or similar platforms), • Experience working with SQL, data analysis tools, or automation

This position is responsible for welding materials together using a variety of different equipment and materials. Some of your day-to-day tasks: • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures, • Follow and understand weld Quality Spec. as written and supplied by ATI., • Perform appropriate weld method based on requirements., • Set up components and equipment for welding according to specifications., • Operate angle grinders to prepare/Clean parts that are to be welded., • Perform welding, assembly, grinding, and chipping with efficiency., • Align components using calipers, tape measures, fixtures, etc., • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions. (vertical, horizontal, or overhead), • Repair machinery and other components as needed by welding pieces and filling gaps., • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws., • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety., • Follow all safety measures in ATI's safety policy., • Proven experience as a welder., • Experience with different welding equipment and procedures (TIG, MMA, etc.), • Knowledge of different kinds of metal and their properties is essential., • Experience in using electrical or manual tools. (Deburring tools, squares, calipers, etc.), • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings to ensure a quality product is produced., • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing. (face shield, gloves, etc.), • Able to lift up to 70 lbs., • Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus, not required.
