We are looking for an experienced Bar supervisor to help our General Manager oversee the bar operations. Being a small and intimate bar means, as a manager you’ll need proactive energy, a positive can-do attitude and friendly personality alongside all the other skills you will being to the role. Skills we seek: - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment providing service for all members and instructing the bar staff of their duties and responsibilities where necessary; - Oversee that members and guests are greeted by the bar team; - Leading by example by providing excellent customer service to both members and guests and ensuring that the bar team are exhibiting the same behaviour; - Familiarisation of members, their regular requests and likes/dislikes and educating the team with this; - Maintains an energetic presence and displays a high level of enthusiasm; - Encourages bar staff to build relationships with guests; - To encourage and maintain a friendly, inviting and inviting atmosphere for staff and customers alike - Understand and educate bar staff and members on the drinks menu. - Answering questions from guests about drinks - Maintains composure during difficult situations
