Key Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive B2C sales experience, ideally within an industry that focuses on selling directly to the consumer., • Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing successful sales teams with a focus on B2C markets., • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the stairlift or mobility industry is preferred, particularly customer needs and direct selling., • Education: Degree educated would be advantageous but not essential.
