The Role The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive offices and requires exceptional organization, judgment, and attention to detail. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and not become distracted. The work is performed primarily indoors and may require occasional travel to the various branches/sites of the YMCA of Montclair.
