Job Description Position Overview: Assists in the implementation and management of the Agency computer network system that supports program and individual departmental operations of the agency. Where will I be working? Central Office Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain and build technical documentation and manuals, • Maintain network security through updates, patches, and network security permissions, • Perform system monitoring to improve network performance and to ensure system architecture components work together., • Manage Active Directory and Azure, • Keep Server Based Applications up to date Required Education and Experience: • Associates Degree in Information Technology field., • Required skills include advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office 365, Active Director, Azure, Exchange Server Administration, Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, and VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches, firewall(s)., • Minimum of five years’ experience troubleshooting and working with networks Operating Systems. Skills: • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, • Advanced working knowledge of LAN/WAN, • Advanced working knowledge of VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches and firewallsCompany DescriptionHead Start for Kent County provides high quality services at no cost to qualifying families.
