Job Description Dixon Justice Center is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our team. Qualifications * Knowledge of Penal Code and Vehicle Code preferred. * Experience with DMV hearings and calendaring/scheduling court appearances. * Strong skills in billing, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable. * Excellent communication and client service skills; comfortable speaking with clients and following up on billing/payment plans. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and MyCase. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
