The front desk receptionist will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting with their inquiries. We are looking for a candidate interested in long-term growth within our studio; please no summer-only or short-term applicants. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff with a friendly demeanor., • Manage the studio's phone lines, answering calls and directing inquiries as appropriate., • Schedule and confirm class appointments, private lessons, and studio rentals., • Assist with student registration, class sign-ups, and payment processing., • Maintain a clean and organized reception area., • Provide information about our classes, events, and promotions., • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining student records., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills., • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5pm - 9pm., • Part-time position, • Monday through Friday, 5pm - 9pm Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Morristown opened its doors in July 2007 under the direction of National Dance Board Member Gabriela Jileva.
