Job Description: As a Telemarketer at Wariz Training, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote our training courses and services. Your primary objective will be to generate interest and convert leads into customers through engaging phone conversations. You will also follow up on inquiries and ensure that prospective clients fully understand the benefits of enrolling in our programs. This role is part-time, requiring 22 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Wariz Training's services. Effectively communicate the value of our Accounting Training, CV Preparation, Interview Coaching, and Job Placement assistance. Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing and other channels. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate training programs. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, aiming for a minimum of one sale per day. Provide accurate information regarding course content, pricing, and enrollment procedures. Maintain a detailed record of all calls and sales activities using CRM tools. Attend and complete a 3-day virtual training program to familiarize yourself with our services. Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. Requirements: Excellent communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner. A laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build relationships over the phone. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not essential. Must be comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment. I am an artist living in London for one year, looking to hire a personal assistant to help me with my two businesses related to flower pressing! One is to focus on teaching how to press flowers. The other is to sell my products and art based on pressed flowers. I need someone to meet in person with me on Mondays in St John's Wood area of London and the rest of the week work remotely. Together we will craft our social media posts for the week, and I can delegate certain things that need doing thru out the week. Looking for a fun, creative individual who is experienced in Squarespace, IG, Tiktok, Pinterest. Good at email writing and responding to customers. This job could develop into someone helping me to do in person events in the London area - I sometimes do flower pressing events. It could also include learning how to press flowers should I get a big commission. I need someone fun, creative, highly skilled in social media and just gets how to do it. Responsibilities · Create & prepare Sales Invoices using HaloPSA · Create & prepare Recurring Invoices using HaloPSA · Proof, approve & send any Invoices sent from peers using Xero (four eye checks) · Daily bank reconciliations · Review and creation of Supplier Purchase Orders using HaloPSA and Xero · Process Accounts Payable invoices sent to us using Xero · Reconcile Accounts Payable invoices against Purchase Orders and Recurring Reports for accuracy and to ensure costs are rebilled appropriately · Credit Control - continual review of client outstanding invoices and chasing where necessary · Handle day-to-day billing queries from clients and suppliers · Continual review of supplier outstanding bills and schedule & process regular supplier payments to ensure we pay on time · Process the monthly payroll and ensure relevant submissions are sent in a timely manner (HMRC, pensions, etc) · Collate information required and answer any queries for external bookkeeper’s month-end process · Continual review of processes to make them more efficient and improve · Work alongside other team members to ensure holiday & absence cover is provided Skills and Attributes · Perseverance and attention to detail · Numerical and analytical skills · Excel competent (eg should be able to easily work with lookups and PivotTables) · Able to meet deadlines · Able to multi-task and work with a high volume of transactions Experience · 2-3 years’ accounts team experience · Ideal candidates will have HaloPSA & MSP experience
