We’re Hiring: European Regional Brand Representative Location: Must be based in Europe (regional travel required) Travel: Comfortable traveling across Europe for expos, conferences, and partner meetings About OnsaFX Community OnsaFX is a regulated brokerage firm, licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number 53192. Established in 2023, we’ve quickly become a leading brokerage in the African market and are now expanding globally. We focus on transparent trading, strong execution, competitive conditions, and long-term, risk-managed growth. OnsaFX is looking for an experienced, well-connected industry professional to take full ownership of our brand presence in Europe. This role is for someone who understands the Forex ecosystem, can represent a regulated brokerage at the highest standard, and can build a strong regional network of IBs and trading communities. Key Responsibilities • Represent OnsaFX across Europe at expos, conferences, seminars, and key industry events., • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners., • Grow regional visibility by introducing OnsaFX, communicating our brand values, and positioning our offerings clearly in the market., • Host and coordinate community sessions, meetups, and educational events (online and in-person) to support brand awareness and partner growth., • Deliver market updates, platform/product walk-throughs, and business presentations for potential partners and communities., • Work closely with the internal team to execute regional expansion strategies and report on market feedback, opportunities, and competitor insights., • Must be based in Europe with the ability and willingness to travel regionally., • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry (brokerage, IB network, sales, business development, education, or related)., • Strong understanding of brokerage models, IB structures, and partner growth strategies., • Confident public communicator with the ability to present OnsaFX clearly and professionally., • Proven ability to build relationships and close partnerships (especially within trading communities)., • Strong organizational skills, self-management, and ability to operate independently., • Existing network of IBs, educators, or trading communities in one or more European markets., • Experience attending/exhibiting at major industry events (Forex expos, trading conferences)., • Multilingual capabilities (English required)., • Experience creating educational or business content (LinkedIn, webinars, community channels)., • Competitive compensation, • Regional ownership: lead and grow OnsaFX’s presence across Europe, • Full support for expos and partner meetings, • Marketing & content support (design, materials, presentations), • Direct collaboration with the core leadership team, • Fast growth path with scalable earning potential through IB/partner expansion
