Job Title: Reward Analyst Location: London (hybrid) Sector: Financial Services Salary: up to £70,000 ***This is a 6 month fixed-term contract. Candidates should be available to start immediately or have a short notice period. Position Overview: This position works closely with the Senior Reward Manager, focusing on reward systems as well as the management, reporting, and analysis of performance and compensation data. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth execution of remuneration and performance initiatives across the organisation and its affiliated brands. Your key duties will involve advising on and driving improvements to systems, establishing strong processes for accurate data collection, and supporting the cycles of annual performance and remuneration reviews. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for reward frameworks, particularly within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in delivering the annual remuneration and performance review processes, including system enhancements to ensure precise data collection, analysis, and reporting., • Support preparation, reconciliation, and validation of compensation data for routine reporting and audit purposes., • Contribute to the annual external market benchmarking exercises and submissions., • Maintain and update compensation data within HRIS, reward systems, and the People & Culture dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity., • Provide analytical support, including complex modelling, to inform key remuneration decisions such as pay equity and market positioning., • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance teams to integrate reward data with broader business metrics, identifying trends or anomalies., • Manage global incentive programs by ensuring timely and accurate administration of payments and communications., • Prepare data required for statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., Gender Pay Gap reporting) and assist with internal and external audit activities., • Support continuous improvement of remuneration procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk management., • Coordinate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of remuneration and benefits., • Engage in various reward and People & Culture projects, contributing to the management and enhancement of HRIS and related technologies. Desired Experience: • Highly skilled in data analysis and numerical work, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA, and data visualisation techniques., • Experience with HR information systems or compensation platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or HRSoft is strongly preferred., • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is a plus but not mandatory., • Solid understanding of compensation principles and benchmarking methodologies; experience with McLagan market data and benchmarking tools is advantageous., • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with care and accuracy., • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively., • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing shifting priorities., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, taking full ownership to reliably deliver operational goals., • Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented, global, and matrixed organisational structure., • Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
