The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will: • Act as a key link between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success, • Lead and oversee a range of high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, regeneration, and leisure & hospitality, • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procurement protocols, and governance frameworks (including NEC, JCT, and public sector procedures), • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping to build capability within the business, • Play a hands-on role in shaping processes, improving delivery, and enhancing client experience, • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, • Contribute to business development activities and support the continued growth of the consultancy What They’re Looking For • A proven Project Manager operating at Senior level, with experience leading projects within a consultancy environment and ready to step into a more influential, leadership-focused role, • Demonstrable experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, education, leisure, or public sector developments, • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement, and governance frameworks (e.g. NEC, JCT, public sector procurement), • Established client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, • A commercially aware, proactive individual with a collaborative leadership style, • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members, • Professionally accredited (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent), or working towards chartership with significant progress, • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development Why This Role Stands Out • A true opportunity to make your mark within a growing consultancy, • Work closely with senior leadership and influence business direction, • Join a friendly, supportive, and people-focused team, • Exposure to a diverse range of projects across commercial, education, regeneration, and leisure sectors, • Take ownership of delivery, processes, and client relationships, becoming a trusted figure in the business
