Commission-only, uncapped earning — if we grow, you grow. The role Your job is simple: bring property owners and landlords into our management portfolio. You'll identify, approach, and sign up owners who want their properties professionally managed. The more properties you onboard, the more you earn — and because our fees recur, your income keeps building. How you're paid This is a revenue-share model. We charge our clients a management commission, and you'll take an agreed percentage of that for every property you bring on. Sign more, earn more — month after month. If we grow, you grow.     We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. This is an opportunity for either an experienced receptionist or for someone with no previous experience, who has a genuine desire to work within the hospitality industry. You should possess excellent communication skills, with a good command of spoken English.The role will involve welcoming our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, assisting with many and varied guest requirements from check-in to check-out, ensuring excellent guest service at all times. You must have a friendly and polite manner and you will be expected to care for all our customers in a helpful, professional and efficient way.Experience • Previous experience working within a reception environment preferred, but not essential, • Skills and Knowledge, • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), good level of English essential, • Pro-active and reliable, • Able to work alone and within a team SPECIFIC DUTIES • Ensure bookings for bedrooms and restaurant are taken in a timely, accurate and professional manner, • Manage all guest queries in a professional and courteous manner, • Ensure all banking and cash handling procedures are followed, • Ensure guests are looked after when they enter the Hotel ensuring all registration documents are filled out., • Up-sell whenever possible to increase revenue, • Work with other departments on a regular basis to ensure guest satisfaction, • Be knowledgeable about all areas of the hotel, • Work environment kept clean, tidy and safe at all times in line with Health and Safety legislation. As a Receptionist, you will work shifts any 5 days out of 7.

As Café Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, from leading the team and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards to developing children's party packages, driving sales, and contributing to the continued growth of the Krave brand. Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily operation of the dessert café, ensuring smooth and efficient service., • Lead, motivate and develop the front and back of house team., • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience., • Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety throughout the café., • Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training and performance., • Monitor stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships., • Control labour and food costs while maintaining quality and profitability., • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations., • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly., • Drive sales through promotions, upselling and exceptional service. Children's Parties & Events • Organise and manage children's birthday parties and private events., • Create fun, memorable experiences for children and families., • Coordinate party bookings, staffing and event delivery., • Develop new party packages and themed experiences to increase revenue. About You: We are looking for someone who has: Previous management experience within a dessert café, ice cream parlour or similar hospitality environment. A proven track record of leading successful teams. Experience organising children's parties or family-focused events. Strong understanding of brand development and customer engagement. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
