Job Description The primary function of the Sales Administrator is to ensure the office runs smoothly, answer all incoming calls, and greet/manage guest services at the front desk of each Kuper office. The second part of the job is to launch agent listings and add listings and contracts into the administrative workflow. This role performs all general and administrative duties including ordering and organizing supplies, maintaining an orderly environment, coordinating vendors, ordering signage and lockboxes, and putting away refreshments. The Sales Administrator streamlines transaction paperwork for contracts and submits it for paralegal review and provides feedback and communication to the agents. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Open and close the office following the open and closing checklist guidelines, • Front Desk duties including receiving incoming calls and deliveries, • Create agent files for listings and launch listings, • Create an agent file for contract review and submit it to the paralegal, • Ordering Supplies, • Office organization, • Sign Log - ordering signs for agents, • Office equipment maintenance, • Lockbox checkout, • High School Diploma/GED, • One year of professional customer service or real estate related administrative experience, • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite products, • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, • Teamwork and dedication to developing a better workplace ethics
