Position: Account & Sales Manager
Job Overview: We are a security technology company and we are looking for charismatic hard working individual to fill our account manager role. The role is part of a small and interesting team working together to sell CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL and ALARM equipment online and in person. The potential candidate must love technology and must have the ability to keep up with the latest tech.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage existing and new customer accounts
• Manage existing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Build new relationships with customers and suppliers
• Provide quotes and complete sales
• Test & Explore new products & technologies
• Deal with couriers and suppliers
• Resolve customer issues
• Manage Inventory
• Provide Tech support
• List products online.
• Manage listings & orders online
• Communicate by Phone, Email and Face to Face
• Attend Trade Shows
• College education Preferred but not essential
• Experience with technology preferred
• Must have basic skills on Office, Photoshop and other computers kills
• Basic website building skills will be a bonus but not essential
