Senior Full Stack Engineer SiSU Health | Remote | Digital Health Company Description SiSU Health is building the ecosystem for preventative health at scale — combining medical devices, digital journeys and data intelligence to improve individual and population health outcomes. We operate at the intersection of: • NHS and B2B population health programmes, • Connected medical devices (Health Stations), • Consumer-facing apps and personalised digital journeys Role description This is a remote role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong skillset in platform & DevOps. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working across platform development, integrations, infrastructure and security. You will operate within a lean engineering team and work closely with Product and senior leadership to deliver roadmap priorities at pace. You will contribute across a connected ecosystem that includes: • Web applications and digital health journeys, • Data pipelines and insight capabilities, • NHS and third-party integrations, • Cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines What you will be responsible for:- • Delivering priority roadmap features across front-end and back-end components, • Supporting and improving NHS and third-party integrations, • Contributing to scalable, reusable platform architecture, • Maintaining and optimising cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar), • Supporting CI/CD pipelines and release processes, • Improving monitoring, logging and deployment stability, • Supporting security improvements, • Strengthening engineering quality and release discipline, • Reducing defect leakage and improving platform reliability, • Collaborating closely with Product to translate complex requirements into pragmatic technical solutions Qualifications & Experience Essential: • Strong full stack development experience (modern JS stack such as Node.js / React or similar), • AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CI/CD Setup, Automated Testing, Test First Approach, Relational Database, • Experience working in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred), • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure management, • Solid understanding of application security and secure coding practices, • Experience operating in lean, fast-paced scale-up environments, • Experience with health data platforms or regulated environments, • MySQL, CDK, GitHub & GitHub Actions, Amplify, Cognito, ECS and Docker, Lamdba, • Exposure to NHS integrations or healthcare systems, • Design/Build of resilient systems across multi AZ, • Experience contributing to ISO27001, GDPR or security compliance improvements, • Experience improving QA discipline and release governance Who will thrive! • You take ownership beyond writing code, • You are comfortable balancing feature delivery with infrastructure and security needs, • You enjoy solving messy, real-world technical problems, • You can operate with autonomy in a small, high-trust team, • You care about impact as much as implementation This is a role with scope to grow as the company scales.
