Your new role Manage and deliver an organisation-wide first point of contact Human Resources service through the provision of consistently applied interpretation and guidance of Human Resource policies and accurate processing of HR activities onto the systems. In so doing, to represent the department and promote the values and behaviours, and ensure that the team achieves quality standards, constantly aiming to improve performance and delivery of service. • Lead and manage a first-contact HR service, ensuring consistent policy application and accurate HR processing., • Supervise and develop a team of People Partners and Advisers, providing guidance on complex employee relations issues., • Improve service delivery through coaching, performance management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders., • Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain accurate HR system data and case management records., • Drive service improvements through stakeholder feedback, resource planning, and participation in HR projects., • Ability to build credibility for self and service by establishing and developing excellent relationships, • Ability to select, analyse and interpret data to inform and provide solutions to problems experienced., • Proven presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal., • Demonstrable leadership, influencing and motivating skills to drive and support continuous organisational improvement through service delivery., • Demonstrable use of Microsoft Outlook packages, • Working knowledge of key employment law., • Developing an operational service, including systems and processes.
