Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8am-4:30pm Job Description: Reporting into the senior engineering leadership team, you will play a key role within the Process Engineering and Maintenance department, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production performance. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting the preventative maintenance programme, • Carrying out mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment, • Maintaining factory services and infrastructure, • Supporting production through auxiliary equipment repair and refurbishment, • Assisting with maintenance and repair work on conventional, CNC, EDM, and laser-based machinery, • Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed to required schedules and procedures, • Promoting health & safety and ensuring PPE compliance at all times, • Identifying opportunities for process and method improvements, • Reporting equipment, process, or material concerns to management, • Completing all documentation in line with company procedures Skills & Experience: Essential: • Time-served engineer / technician within a relevant manufacturing or engineering environment, • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems, • Experience working with complex automated or CNC-based machinery, • Strong awareness of health & safety standards, • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desirable: • BS7671 Electrical Installation & Testing, • IPAF 3a / 3b, • Working at Heights / Harness Training, • IOSH Working Safely Why Should You Apply?
