Role Overview: As the Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR inspections and a range of electrical works within social housing properties across South Cambridge. You will ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations while delivering high-quality work to tenants and clients. You will be: Completing EICR testing within occupied social housing properties Carrying out remedial works, upgrades, and general electrical repairs Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with 18th Edition regulations Using a PDA or paperwork to accurately record findings and complete certificatesWe are looking for an Electrician with: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation AM2 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent) Experience working within social housing Own transport and toolsThe Electrician will receive: £200 – £270+ per day Additional price work opportunities available Tablet provided to view and manage booked jobs Long-term, ongoing work with a market-leading contractor Weekly pay and a consistent workloadLocation & Travel: Work is based across social housing contracts in South Cambridge. Daily travel is required across a defined patch, with mileage covered via your own vehicle.
