Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Data Representative with a higher level of technical and clerical skill. This role supports customer service operations through accurate data entry, order processing, and case management, with the opportunity to transition into a full Customer Service Representative role. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in order entry, billing support, customer service operations, or data-driven office roles who are comfortable working across multiple systems and communicating professionally with customers via email and phone. Key Responsibilities • Accurately process customer orders, service requests, and account updates, • Perform data entry and maintain detailed records within internal systems, • Support billing, invoicing, and order verification processes, • Manage customer cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution, • Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, professional written communication, • Review and update customer data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality, • Assist customer service teams with administrative and operational support, • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate Ideal Backgrounds • Order entry or sales support, • Accounting clerk or billing support, • Customer service or data entry roles, • Customer service roles involving order processing, • Help Desk or Level 1 support experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce familiarity a plus), • Case management roles requiring quick system learning, • Customer email support roles requiring strong written communication Technical Competencies • Basic computer troubleshooting (screen resolution, network connectivity, browser/cache settings, MFA), • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, • Excel/Sheets skills including:, • Basic formatting, • Using filters in tables, • Referencing cells, • Copying/pasting tables, • Basic data manipulation, • Strong Windows navigation skills (downloads, recent files, shared folders, shortcuts), • Typing speed of 50+ WPM with accuracy, • Basic math skills, including calculating discounts and percentages Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required, • 1–3 years of relevant customer service, clerical, or data-focused experience, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Strong written and verbal communication skills Why This Role • Competitive hourly pay, • Opportunity to grow into a full Customer Service role, • Hands-on exposure to customer operations and systems, • Supportive team environment Pre-Employment Screening: Drug screening and background checks are required.
