We are committed to delivering high-quality products to the British public and our customers including major retailers like Aldi, Co-op and Marks & Spencer. \n \n \n About the role: \n We are looking for an experienced, highly capable Executive Assistant to support the owner of 2 Sisters Food Group. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role suited to someone who can hit the ground running, think ahead, and confidently take ownership of complex administration. \n \n You will become a central point of contact for day-to-day executive support, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly and communications are handled efficiently across the business. \n \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leaderships' inbox, monitoring emails, triaging requests and ensuring awareness of key issues and deadlines\n, • Prepare for meetings, including coordinating attendees, agendas and required materials\n, • Manage approval processes, including holidays and requests for the owners direct reports across multiple businesses\n, • Work closely with the owner's PA and diary manager to ensure clear lines of communication and avoid duplication, acting as the correct point of contact for administrative matters\n, • Arrange complex travel, including trains, flights and private aviation, working within established processes\n, • Support management of the Boparan account inbox, including printing, organising and assisting with correspondence, alongside the wider executive support team\n, • Coordinate meeting communications, emailing relevant stakeholders and following up on updates and changes\n, • Produce the monthly President's Paper, gathering information, applying commentary, and presenting content within a set template\n\n \n \n About You: \n\n • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a fast-paced environment\n, • Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions and thinking ahead\n, • Quick-thinking, organised and confident handling competing priorities\n, • Able to quickly learn working styles and adapt to how senior leaders operate\n, • Modern and adaptable, with a positive approach to new technology and ways of working\n, • Strong IT skills, with confidence in core systems and tools\n, • Discreet, professional and trusted to handle sensitive information\n\n \n \n Why Join Us? \n\n • Work for one of the UK's largest food manufacturers with a proud legacy - from launching the UK's first ready meals to driving modern innovation.\n, • Be part of a team that values integrity, respect, and continuous improvement.\n, • Work in a collaborative, values-driven environment where your voice matters.\n, • Enjoy a competitive salary, opportunities for real career development and a benefits package that includes:\n, • Up to 33 days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays\n, • Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme and Grocery Aid, offering confidential support services 365 days a year\n, • Company Pension Scheme\n, • Boparan Restaurant Group Discount\n, • Cycle2Work Scheme\n\n \n #Headoffice
