About the opportunity: The principal objective of this role is to significantly increase revenue through proactive sales efforts. This will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating and expanding existing client relationships, and strategically expanding our market presence within the UK. This role offers the chance to work with an established dynamic team, leverage innovative solutions, and contribute to the continued success of TSG in the UK. Location: We are open to applications from across the UK, and will consider full remote working for the right candidate. What you'll do: Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives while maintaining profitability. Sales Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and market positioning. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities in retail & systems. Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients in line with the company's strategic goals. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in the retail & systems sectors, including upselling maintenance contracts and service works. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Ensure that you can provide clients with valuable and accurate updates on any queries across the TSG business. Solution Selling: Collaborate with the internal teams to tailor and present TSG's solutions effectively to clients, addressing their specific requirements. Primary role is the reselling of TSG services and associated equipment. As a BDM you will be expected to cross sell into other products and business lines once the necessary training has been provided. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value TSG UK Solutions can provide and other services we can offer. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to the Head of Sales and Senior Management, always ensuring CRM systems are up to date and accurate. Business Expansion: Explore opportunities to expand our market presence, whether by geographic expansion or by diversifying into new sectors. About you: You are results orientated with a proven track record of exceeding expectations and delivering solid accomplishments within the payment solutions, new energies or traditional fuels markets, we believe the following skills and attributes will set you up for success: Strong knowledge of the UK forecourt and payment solutions market and industry trends. Previous experience in business development and sales, with effective negotiation and closing abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS tools to leverage sales activities. A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude. Previous experience with the Kimoce system is a big plus! UK Driving License Why choose TSG UK?
