Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to senior leadership (calendar management, scheduling, expenses, and general coordination), • Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities, • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents, • Maintain organized digital and physical records, • Support recruiting efforts (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling), • Manage applications, submissions, and related tracking processes, • Maintain and update internal procedures and documentation, • Prepare summaries of contracts, agreements, and key records, • Track and update portfolio/property-related information, • Assist with financial tracking, invoices, and approvals, • Conduct research and support special projects, • Coordinate execution and distribution of documents Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred, • 3+ years of relevant experience (real estate industry experience a plus), • Strong communication and writing skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines, • Discretion in handling confidential information, • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
