Job DescriptionSr. Litigation Paralegal Sr. Litigation Paralegal Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing complex personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing documents and preparing trial notebooks., • Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and correspondence., • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies., • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures., • Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings and gather necessary information., • Utilize legal software such as Needles and Neos for case management and documentation., • Assist in the preparation of case summaries and reports for attorneys and clients., • Provide bilingual support in Spanish for client communications and documentation as needed.Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury cases., • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software, specifically Needles and Neos., • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines., • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
