With strong backing, rapid growth across EMEA, and a culture defined by innovation, ambition, and collaboration, they are now seeking enterprise sales talent who thrive on closing complex, high-value deals and making an impact at scale. 📈 The Role As Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise, you’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise logos across financial services, focusing on transformational deals in the £200k–£500k+ range. You’ll lead the full enterprise sales cycle – from market mapping and senior stakeholder engagement through to negotiation and deal closure – while collaborating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions. This is a highly strategic role, where your ability to influence C-level executives and navigate complex buying groups will directly fuel growth across the region. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Drive new logo acquisition with enterprise financial institutions across EMEA or UK&I, • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of six-figure+ opportunities through targeted prospecting and engagement, • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: qualification, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, and closing high-value, complex deals (£200k–£500k+), • Engage and influence C-suite and senior stakeholders across multiple functions and regions, • Develop account and territory strategies to maximise revenue impact and accelerate growth, • Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to design compelling enterprise solutions, • Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver transparent forecasting to senior leadership, • Represent the business at industry events, forums, and conferences as a trusted voice on fraud, risk, and identity 👤 Candidate Profile • Proven track record in enterprise business development, with demonstrable success closing deals in the £200k–£500k+ range, • Experience gained in a large organisation combined with exposure to scale-up or high-growth environments – able to operate strategically and with agility, • Minimum 4 years’ experience selling fraud, risk, identity, or related fintech/enterprise SaaS solutions into financial services, • Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles (often 6–12+ months), • Strong network within banks, fintechs, or major financial institutions across EMEA or UK&I, • A hunter with strategic sales acumen, able to build executive-level relationships and open new doors, • Highly collaborative, articulate, and comfortable influencing at C-level, • Motivated by contributing to the fight against financial crime and driving impact in a rapidly scaling fintech 💸 The Offer • Represent a market-leading fraud, risk, and identity platform with proven enterprise adoption, • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (min double OTE), • Hybrid working model (2 days per week in London office), • High-growth, high-collaboration culture with strong career progression, • Unlimited holiday and flexible work policy, • Pension with employee contribution, • Annual learning & development financial contribution, • Equity plan, • Private health and dental care 🔎 Apply Now Apply below to connect directly with Lydia Howard, the hiring consultant - ___ Apply below to connect directly with Lydia Howard, the hiring consultant -
