The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key member of Neapco’s Corporate Finance team and will be a highly visible, valued partner to our organization, while also being responsible for ensuring the company is properly funded, risk is managed and liquidity is efficiently managed. This position will report to the Corporate Treasurer and is based at our World Headquarters and Technical Center in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Job Description: Sr. Treasury Analyst The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing the company’s global liquidity, banking operations, and financial risk. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting strategic treasury initiatives Key Responsibilities: • Daily Cash Management:, • Manage daily cash positions and ensure accuracy of global cash balances as well as ensuring sufficient funding to support payment needs efficiently reducing debt & interest, • Monitor and report on liquidity across all entities., • Lead Payment Verification process support to monitor & avoid fraudulent transactions, • Other cash related tasks supporting AR & AP including processing & special projects, • Banking Operations:, • Process ad-hoc banking transactions and support weekly pay run processing., • Assist in managing global bank accounts, including openings, closures, and maintenance., • Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management:, • Support FX risk mitigation strategies and execute hedging programs., • Manage hedge settlements and maintain compliance with internal policies., • Market Intelligence:, • Update Treasurer on interest rates, FX trends, and macroeconomic developments impacting treasury decisions., • Insurance & Risk Management:, • Manage global insurance process and claims administration., • Lead Renewal process in partnership with the broker to present Renewal findings to Treasurer & CFO, • Strategic Initiatives:, • Support cash repatriation strategies and intercompany funding plans., • Prepare banking decks and presentations for business, • Support ad hoc projects as needed, • Support AR & AP Teams when needed as well as evaluating new tools to assist the cash team. Required Skills • 3–7 years of experience in corporate treasury or financial risk management, corporate finance, or controllership roles, • Demonstrates exceptionally high ethical standards and integrity, essential for managing sensitive cash operations and high levels of financial responsibility., • Strong understanding of cash management, FX hedging, and banking operations., • Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus., • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Proficient in interworking of Balance sheet, cash flow, and income statement consolidation experience preferred., • Strong analytical, financial modeling skills, and computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, • Initiative, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor, • High attention to detail and accuracy.
