Care / Support Worker
Responsible to: Senior Support Worker
Hours: 40 per week
Qualifications/Experience: none needed
Relevant NVQ level 2 to 5 will be offered to successful applicants. (Experience is not a necessity)
to be In conjunction with the Senior Support Worker to ensure that a staff development plan is followed.
To undergo training and supervision by the Senior Support Worker as required.
To work in any house within the Service and, if necessary, within other Services.
To work with service users according to the requirements of their support plan.
To maintain and develop constructive day-to-day contact with service users.
To assist service users in the day-to-day routines.
To provide social and emotional support when required.
To follow and be responsible for Housing/Property Management guidelines that will be clarified during interview.
To follow and be responsible for support worker finance & Administration tasks.
