About the Role We are looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth within our expanding EOR services division. This is not a role for someone learning the industry, we want a seasoned operator who brings genuine sector knowledge, an established network, and a database of warm contacts ready to convert. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience selling into one or more of the following verticals: Blue Collar workforces across the EU, Aviation, or Maritime. You understand the compliance landscape, the workforce challenges these sectors face, and how EOR solutions solve them. Target Sector Experience We are specifically seeking candidates with established relationships and sales experience in: Blue Collar EU Construction, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture & industrial workforces across European markets Aviation Airlines, MROs, ground handling, airports & aviation services with international crew and ground staff Maritime Shipping, crewing, port operations, offshore and marine services with cross-border crew deployment Key Responsibilities • Own and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities within your sector specialism, leveraging your existing database and industry contacts from day one., • Build and develop trusted relationships with HR Directors, Operations Managers, Fleet Owners, Crewing Managers, and senior business decision-makers., • Educate and advise clients on EOR solutions, international employment compliance, and cross-border workforce expansion strategies., • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation, contract signing, and seamless client onboarding., • Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative solution proposals tailored to sector-specific challenges., • Collaborate closely with legal, payroll, and operations teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of internationally deployed workers., • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate activity records within CRM systems., • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
