We are seeking a Lead Sales Specialist for a high growth opportunity to expand our sales department. This role will be identifying lead opportunities for all of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s services at our downtown location. The Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings between our customers and sales team. Responsibilities: • Develop new business via the telephone and mass communications to introduce Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s solutions and identify decision-makers within specific target markets; Proactively contact B2B prospects, • Conduct a needs analysis to identify the prospect’s pain points and determine how Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s solutions will speak to those needs, • Build and cultivate prospect relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel, • Enter and update lead data into our CRM database, • Collaborate with the sales team on new and projective lead pipeline activity weekly, • Conduct investigative research on target companies and different verticals, • 2+ years of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experienced preferred; if you are motivated to start a new sales career than we’d like to speak with you too!, • Must have exceptional phone communication skills, with a thick skin - working with a sense of urgency, • Task-oriented, taking great notes and efficiently entering data into our CRM database gR3ipBxBj5
