Key Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and maintain strong client relationships within your assigned territory., • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops at client sites, trade shows, and events., • Generate new leads and identify business opportunities to expand the customer base., • Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs consistently., • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems and report results to management., • Collaborate with internal teams to support company goals, share insights, and improve sales processes., • Provide consultative solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience., • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in B2B, territory, or product-focused sales roles., • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with a results-driven mindset., • Comfortable with frequent travel across the Midlands., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)., • Experience in pipeline management, lead generation, and territory planning preferred.
