Job DescriptionSalary: $55,000-$65,000/year Scheduling and Client Services Coordinator (In-Office) Healthier Tomorrows, a specialty nutrition practice focusing on outpatient care for clients struggling with eating disorders and other nutrition related issues, is looking for a passionate, energetic, and committed administrative professional to join our growing team. This will be a full-time in-person role in our Chicago office, so only Illinois-based applicants will be considered. Primary responsibilities of this position include: • Responding to client inquiries about services via email, telephone, and live chat., • Collecting accurate and thorough client information and clearly explaining insurance coverage., • Scheduling clients for initial sessions and managing multiple calendars with precision., • Providing administrative support to our team of providers., • Caring for general office needs such as re-stocking supplies, checking mail and ensuring that cleaning has been performed as scheduled. Prior administrative experience in the behavioral health space is a plus but not required. This role could be a strong fit for individuals whove worked as an executive assistant, legal secretary, medical scheduler, or in another administrative or client service position that required juggling multiple priorities, communicating clearly, and supporting a busy team.
