They help our customers become more efficient, more secure and more successful. \n\nThey are looking for an IT Sourcing Manager to join the team on a 6-month contract. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working being office based, at one of the above locations, 2 days a week. \n\nIn this role you will be responsible for managing and delivering sourcing and supplier outcomes across a portfolio of IT contracts. This role supports both business-as-usual activity and major sourcing initiatives, including contract renewals, new sourcing requirements, and proof-of-concept engagements. The role requires strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management, and end-to-end sourcing experience within a regulated, large-scale environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and deliver outcomes for a portfolio of IT sourcing projects and contracts, including renewals and new supplier engagements\nLead end-to-end sourcing activity, covering requirements definition, market engagement, commercial negotiation, contract award, and transition\nNegotiate contracts and service level agreements to achieve value, manage risk, and meet business objectives\nAnalyse data from multiple sources to identify commercial, operational, and risk impacts, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders\nManage supplier relationships to ensure performance, value for money, and alignment with contractual obligations\nSupport senior stakeholders with sourcing strategy, pipeline planning, and workload prioritisation\nDeliver outcomes within established procurement, governance, and risk management frameworks\nIdentify and resolve sourcing and supplier issues, applying sound judgement and pragmatic solutions\nImprove and work within existing sourcing processes, contributing ideas for enhanced ways of working\nManage and coordinate multiple concurrent sourcing activities of low to medium complexity\nProvide advice and guidance to stakeholders on sourcing best practice and supplier strategy\nSupport wider team capability by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues where appropriateStakeholder & Relationship Management\n\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across IT and the wider business\nEngage confidently with suppliers, holding credible commercial and technical conversations\nSupport senior colleagues in managing complex or sensitive supplier and stakeholder relationshipsSkills & Experience\n\nEssential:\n\nProven experience in IT sourcing or procurement, with full lifecycle exposure\nExperience working in large, complex organisations with strong governance and regulatory requirements\nStrong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers\nAbility to manage a varied workload, including reactive and ad-hoc sourcing requests\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assess risk\nExperience using eSourcing and procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba)\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Personal Attributes\n\nPragmatic and solution-focused\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment\nConfident decision-maker with strong attention to detail\nCollaborative and proactive team player \n\nPlease apply with an up-to-date CV which must show evidence of the above to be considered.
