Pay:£45,000.00 - £60,000.00 per year Role: Dual Registered Manager (overseeing 2 children's homes in Walsall and Cannock) Area: Walsall and Cannock Salary (OTE): £45,000 £60,000 (depending on experience) This is a senior leadership role for an experienced manager overseeing two residential homes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Youll be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, team development, and the overall success and quality of both homes. Candidate Requirements: Previous OFSTED inspection experience ESSENTIAL Strong background in managing residential childrens homes Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD) Experience in leading a staff team Experience of recruitment, selection and retainment Level 5 in management Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of two homes and ensure full compliance with care regulations Provide therapeutic, trauma-informed leadership aligned with our PACE model Lead recruitment, supervision, and performance management across both teams Maintain strong partnerships with families, local authorities, and external agencies Oversee budgets, resources, rota management, and financial reporting Ensure placement plans, health plans and review processes are completed to a high standard Foster a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment that supports young people's growth Directly support staff during critical moments and provide on-the-ground leadership as needed Lead audits, inspections, quality management systems, and Regulation 45 reporting Key Selling Points: Managing 2 homes with maximum 2 YP per home. Autonomous role with great admin support that assist with audits, compliance, recruiting etc. Hybrid working available Team culture including monthly newsletter, employee of the month and Christmas functions. The role involves overseeing two homes in Walsall and Cannock. The organisation has been established for a few years and has other homes within the West Midlands area. They are growing and developing and are looking for a successful manager who can lead a new team and build upon this brand new home.
