Description Cook &Serve Supervisor at Corpus Christi Catholic School Permanent Grade 2 24796 - 26824 pro rata for term time & part time hours. As a Cook Serve Supervisor your responsibilities will include: • Delivery of daily staff briefings;, • Management of all food & non-food orders viaan online computer system, • Preparing cooking & serving all meals for pupils;, • Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed;, • Managing rotas and work routines for the staff;, • Weekly/monthly online payroll submissions;, • Staff training;, • Management of attendance;, • Experience in cooking on a large scale, • You will work collaboratively with school staff to ensure the first-class delivery of food in school kitchens;, • Sound knowledge of nutritional standards in school food;, • Good people skills;, • Passion about food and customer service;, • Great team player;, • Good verbal and written communication skills;, • Computer literate; Please upload an up-to-date CV and Personal Statement via the attachments part of your application.
