Youll build strong working relationships with key decision makers, identify in-store opportunities, and drive sales through excellent merchandising, promotional execution, and brand advocacy. Your Key Responsibilities Build and develop relationships with store managers and key decision makers in your territory. Actively merchandise Bacardi products, ensuring prime shelf placement and promotional compliance. Negotiate additional shelf space and identify opportunities for secondary displays. Increase product distribution, visibility, and availability. Provide actionable market feedback to your internal team. Use sales data and insights to drive in-store activity. Complete all reporting and administration promptly and accurately. About You As this is a driving role visiting numerous retail stores in a defined territory each day, you must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
