Key Responsibilities: Cruise Travel Services Assist clients in selecting cruise destinations, itineraries, and packages that fit their needs and budget. Provide expert advice on cruise lines, accommodations, dining, activities, and promotions. Arrange cruise bookings, pre- and post-cruise travel (airfare, hotels, transfers), and travel insurance. Maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners and stay updated on industry trends. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel. Visa & Consulate Services Complete, review, and translate visa application forms and supporting documents (Chinese ↔ English).
