This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, keeps details tight, and wants a hands-on path into licensed customer service within a respected State Farm agency. What Youll Do • Front Desk & Phones: Greet visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, and ensure timely follow-through., • Scheduling & Coordination: Book/confirm appointments, manage calendars, and keep everyone on track., • Service Support & Records: Handle everyday service requests (ID cards, document requests, payments), and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ECRM., • Billing & BOD Work:, • Address billing questions, take/process payments, set up autopay, and assist with non-pay notices and reinstatements., • Complete BOD work as assigned (daily queues, reconciliations, documentation) in line with State Farm procedures., • Office Operations: Manage mail, supplies, scanning, and general administrative projects to keep the office running smoothly., • Customer Care: Proactively follow up on open items to ensure issues are resolved and customers feel supported. Youll Succeed If You • Bring a customer-first mindset, polished communication, and a professional phone presence., • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities., • Enjoy problem-solving and closing the loop so nothing falls through the cracks., • Are eager to learn insurance basics and grow into a licensed service role. Qualifications • Licensed P&C or willing to obtain (licensing support/reimbursement available)., • State Farm agency experience preferred (ECRM/Agent Toolkit familiarity is a plus)., • Prior experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service., • Strong written and verbal communication; calm, confident, and professional under pressure., • Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM/ECRM experience helpful. Schedule • Part-time, on-site during business hours (final schedule set with the hiring manager)., • Occasional flexibility during peak periods.
