Job Description*PeopleShare Lancaster, PA is HIRING IMMEDIATELY for an Experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist at one of the BEST companies in the area!*Apply now or contact Misty:Call or text (714) 406-3166 Job Details for 2nd Shift CNC Machinist Operator: • Schedule:, • 2nd Shift Mon-Th 3pm-1:30am - train on 1st shift 6-8 weeks, then move to 2nd shift long term, • Other shifts: Weekend Shift, 1st Shift and 3rd Shift occasionally available, • Starting Pay Rate: $21 - $33 or more per hour depending on shift and experience, • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit, • Eligibility for strong Benefits:, • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Retirement, • Maintain, operate, and perform setup and changeover of CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, CNC Grinders, and other computer controlled machinery, • Perform mechanical and digital setup and changeover, • CNC programming involvement - install, test run, basic editing of CNC programs, and some basic program writing, • Perform advanced mechanical, setup, quality, and process troubleshooting, • Conduct root-case analysis and recommend corrective actions, • Read and apply blueprints and schematics, • Refine small metal parts to tolerances of +/- .0005", • Use calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools, • Follow and update detailed production checklists, • For safety reasons - ability to communicate in English REQUIRED, • Must be able to work 2nd shift or Weekend shift - 1st and 3rd are not currently available, • 2+ years of experience in skilled CNC Machining including setup, programming, and grinding REQUIRED, • Experience working with tolerances equal to or less than +/-0.0005" REQUIRED, • Experience with manufacturing blueprints, schematics, or custom drawings REQUIRED, • Must have excellent work history: 2+ consecutive years in a recent role, with near-perfect attendance record, • Must have reliable transportation, • Understanding of CNC programming basics (ability to edit and test-run CNC programs) strongly preferred, • High School diploma or GED required PeopleShare provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
