Contract: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time/Flexible considered Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, DOE We are a rapidly expanding, nationally recognised tax practice now hiring an experienced Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager or Manager. Working closely with a highly respected national Transfer Pricing Lead, you will support clients across the full transfer pricing lifecycle from policy development and documentation to controversy, economic analysis and strategic structuring. Whether you join at Assistant Manager or Manager level, you will enjoy constant support, exceptional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth, forward-thinking environment. We are seeking candidates with: • Minimum 3 years' TP experience (Assistant Manager) or 5 years+ (Manager), • Experience working directly with clients and intermediaries, • Strong project management, communication and stakeholder skills, • An interest in wider international tax areas (corporate tax compliance, due diligence, structuring) helpful but not essential, • Thin capitalisation, • IP structuring, • TP policy-setting and documentation, • Statistical & economic analysis, • Benchmarking, • Intra-group lending arrangements, • Corporate interest restriction interactions, • TP adjustments treatment (tax/customs), • Implementation issues You will hold one of the following (or equivalent): Candidates currently operating at Senior Associate, Assistant Manager or Manager level are encouraged to apply.
