As a Non-Executive Director, you will provide independent oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance to the Board. The Person In these appointments, we are seeking exceptional strategic leaders with a strong track record of success in one or more of the following areas: Digital, Innovation & Transformation, Strategic Partnerships & Change Management, and Commercial & Business Acumen. These roles require individuals with board level or equivalent experience gained in complex, changing, and multi-stakeholder environments either in the public, private or third sector.
