Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (EBD) £50,000–£60,000 Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham A new, child‑centred children’s residential provider is preparing to open new homes in the Sutton Coldfield area and is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to join at the very beginning. This role offers the rare opportunity to work alongside an experienced and highly credible Responsible Individual, someone who has successfully opened multiple children’s homes and has progressed through every level of residential care—from Support Worker to Manager to RI. Their experience provides strong, practical leadership and hands‑on support for the Registered Manager from day one. The Service The organisation is developing a network of high‑quality 2‑bed EBD homes, designed to offer stability, therapeutic practice, and consistent, child‑centred care. Multiple properties are already owned outright, with planning permission approved and Ofsted paperwork ready for submission. Further homes are progressing through planning, offering clear future growth.
