Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit a corporate paralegal. This full time role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience supporting corporate attorneys and assisting with entity management, transactional documentation, and ongoing corporate compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and eager to grow within a corporate legal practice. Key Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with the formation of business entities including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, • Prepare and maintain corporate records including minute books, resolutions, consents, and stock ledgers, • Support attorneys with drafting and reviewing transactional documents such as agreements, certificates, and filings, • Conduct research related to corporate governance, entity status, and state filing requirements, • File documents with state agencies and track annual reports, renewals, and compliance deadlines, • Organize and manage due diligence materials for corporate transactions, • Assist with closing checklists, signature packets, and post closing documentation, • Maintain organized client files and ensure accuracy across all corporate records, • Communicate with clients, state agencies, vendors, and internal teams regarding corporate matters, • Support attorneys with general administrative tasks and project management as neededQualifications:, • Minimum of one year of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department, • Strong understanding of entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance requirements, • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and corporate legal software or document management systems, • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information, • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast paced corporate practice environmentThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. ??
