No KPI's to meet, Clear promotion prospects, and full autonomy for your own desk/division The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle: • New business development and client acquisition, • Managing and expanding existing client accounts, • Taking detailed job briefs and advising clients, • Candidate sourcing, screening, and placement, • Offer management, negotiations, and closing fees, • Building a profitable, scalable recruitment desk within the Industrial or Logistics sector's You’ll be office-based in either Telford, Coventry or Oldbury Working closely with leadership and alongside high- performing consultants and a friendly team. What My Client Is Looking For • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, • Sector background in the Industrial or Logistics markets, • Track record of billing and deal delivery, • Strong business development capability, • Confident, commercially minded, and resilient, • Highly money-motivated and target-driven Earnings & Progression • Competitive bas £70,000– £120,000 OTE, • Basic salary 32,000 to 40,000 (dependent on experience), • Uncapped commission — no ceiling on earnings, • Clear progression to Senior and Management roles, • Opportunity to grow your desk and personal brand Top performers will exceed the stated OTE.
