The business has invested heavily in its valuation platform, winning repeat mandates from public sector bodies, institutional clients, and private investors. Youll be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and delivery. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE? Youll be responsible for delivering Red Book valuations across a diverse commercial asset base, including: Office, industrial, and retail properties Mixed-use developments Investment portfolios Development land and strategic sites Public sector assets (including police, healthcare, and local authority instructions) Valuations are typically for secured lending, asset reporting, acquisition, and disposal purposes. WHAT ARE THE MAIN DUTIES? Manage valuation instructions from initial enquiry through to final reporting Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Contribute to business development and client retention Maintain high standards of compliance and professional integrity Support junior team members and collaborate across disciplines WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL? MRICS qualified Experience in commercial valuation (15 years PQE ideal) Strong report writing and analytical skills Comfortable with client-facing work and BD activity Knowledge of Midlands markets beneficial Keen to grow within a high-performing, nationally recognised consultancy WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
