On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for an Operations Senior Lead Conformance & Performance for an initial 6-month contract based in Birmingham (Hybrid Working). Purpose of the role: The Operations Senior Lead Conformance & Performance plays a key role within the Conformance Team, driving performance against bank-wide targets and embedding continuous improvement. The role ensures effective risk management, stakeholder alignment, and smooth implementation of operational changes across processes and controls. Key Responsibilities: Drive performance against divisional and bank-wide targets, embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and prioritise product and service improvement opportunities, developing and supporting implementation plans. Proactively identify, assess, and manage operational and strategic risks in alignment with bank strategy. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of operational changes and their impact on processes and controls. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of internal operations and control frameworks within a regulated banking environment. Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage operational and strategic risk. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging regulators and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and implementing process or service enhancements.
