As a Solutions Architect, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and enterprise architects to shape both functional and non-functional designs. With a clear understanding of project complexity, effort estimation, and technical trade-offs, theyll provide strategic guidance throughout the development lifecycle. In this hands-on leadership position, the architect will inspire and guide a multi-skilled engineering teammentoring individuals, driving performance, and supporting their ongoing career development. Its a chance to influence large-scale digital transformation projects while continually developing professionally. Proven experience in delivering software designs for scalable, multi-tiered modern applications. Experience delivering projects across public sector environment. Background in Software Engineering e.g. Java, .Net , Nodejs etc Demonstrated ability to integrate non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, scalability) into software design. Practical experience working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions. Confidence in making informed decisions in fast-paced, agile delivery environments. Accountability for complex technology delivery projects, ranging from single-team solutions to multi-team programmes. Experience supporting business development efforts in collaboration with sales or account management teams. Strong people management skillssetting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback. Ability to manage time effectively across multiple high-impact projects. Passion for technology and an active contributor to technical communities or forums.
